  2. Project-Based Services: If a project is canceled before any work begins, a partial refund may be granted, deducting any administrative or setup costs.
  3. Subscription-Based Services: If you subscribe to an ongoing service, you may cancel at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.
  4. Exceptions: In cases of service failure due to Rosco Strategies’ fault, refunds or service credits may be considered at our discretion.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Project Cancellation: If you wish to cancel a project, you must notify us in writing. Cancellations made after work has started will not be eligible for a refund.
  2. Meeting Cancellations: Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for meeting cancellations or rescheduling.
  3. Service Termination: We reserve the right to terminate services if a client violates our terms of service, engages in unethical practices, or fails to make payments.
